Associate General Counsel - Commercial Transactions - Banking and Capital Markets
The candidate will be responsible for the commercial transactions of company's Banking and Capital Markets business unit. Will report to the Chief Legal Officer with accountability to the business leader for Banking and Capital Markets. Negotiate sophisticated, multi-tower master services agreements for managed services engagements. Work closely with sales and delivery organizations to ensure a flawless contracting experience for the clients while appropriately protecting firm from applicable legal and reputational risks. Assist CLO with special projects involving the Global Legal Team. Should have a J.D. degree. Experience leading sophisticated commercial negotiations essential. Experience in-house or at a law firm needed. Experience managing other lawyers including lawyers outside of the US essential.
