The candidate develops original content and suggests creative ways to attract clients and users to engage with and promote our firm across multiple social media platforms. Maintains a unified brand voice across different social media channels. Monitors social media channels for industry trends and stays up to date with changes in all social media platforms to ensure maximum effectiveness. Creates and editing engaging content (written, photo, and video). Interacts with users and responds to social media messages, inquiries, and comments. Attends community events to produce social media content. Collaborates with marketing team to create a social media calendar. Collaborates with other departments for content opportunities. Assists team with written content for digital newsletters. Reviews analytics and creating reports on key metrics. Monitors online reviews and feedback. Works alongside the marketing team and advertising agency to launch digital marketing campaigns and proof campaign assets and content. Plans, executes, and optimizes various digital campaigns and initiatives. Strategizes ways to drive new leads and cases via Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms. Works with the team to optimize ad copy for paid media campaigns with the ultimate objective of generating action and/or engagement from the targeted audience. Works alongside the digital agency to optimize keyword and audience targeting research alongside the agency to ensure fully optimized competitive positioning. Works alongside the digital agency to optimize paid search, PPC, and SEO strategies/campaigns. Conducts competitor analysis, legal industry research, and up-to-date direct response best practices. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against KPIs. Oversees internal database growth initiatives from start to finish. Oversees website/online presence. Oversees online lead generation and data verification. Bachelor’s degree, Marketing, Digital Advertising is preferred. Should have 3+ years of professional experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns. Experience working in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and/or Google Business Profile is required. Specific experience in the legal space is a plus. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred. Experience with SalesForce is preferred. Professional experience working with a Marketing Automation System, preferably Marketo is a plus. Experience creating/editing photo, video, or graphics is a plus.
