\u003cp\u003eThe Shuttle Driver/Bell person will perform the duties of assisting guests with luggage and performing pick-ups and drop-offs at the Village.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003e1. Show guests to room assisting them with their luggage.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003e2. Explain all hotel facilities, their location in the hotel, hours of operation, and answer all questions about these facilities and other hotel questions.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003e3. Check luggage for hotel guests both for day and overnight.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003e4. Maintain the designated station in the lobby, standing alert to be easily summoned for fronts.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003e5. Open doors and greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003e6. Maintain the cleanliness of the bell stand, lobby and baggage room. Keep lobby door and windows clean when not busy with guests.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003e7. Post the daily events board and entertainment board in the lobby.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003e8. Maintain an open communication line through all shifts by proper use of checklist.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003e9. Deliver messages and valet to guest rooms.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003e10. Perform pick-ups and drop-offs for the guests in a timely and friendly manner and inspect vehicles.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003e11. May perform the duties of a valet as required.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003e12. Assist front desk with key inventory twice weekly.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003e13. Comply with attendance rules and be available to work your scheduled shifts.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003e14. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.\u003c/p\u003e
