Charlotte office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks litigation associate attorney preferably with 2-5 years of experience in foreclosure law and litigation. The candidate will be drafting legal documents and pleadings. Will be arguing motions; handling discovery; trial preparation; legal research; management of files. Should be familiar with the rules of evidence and have experience in foreclosure law, bankruptcy, and litigation and a general understanding of all aspects of property law. Prior litigation, bankruptcy, foreclosure, evictions, and/or collections experience and/or knowledge is a plus. Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in North Carolina with licensure in additional states preferred. Should have strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to professionally communicate with clients.
