Weintraub Tobin’s Sacramento office is seeking a full-time Litigation Associate with three to six years of general litigation experience including dispositive motions and discovery. Real estate litigation experience is highly desired. Candidates should have exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills and a strong academic record.

Weintraub Tobin’s Litigation practice group assists clients with the broad array of matters that can arise in all aspects of conducting business, including management disputes, operations, and intellectual property, as well as growth or expansion, sale, or transition of a business.
