Duties: Provide administrative support to Senior V.P. General Counsel and legal department. Interacts with various personnel throughout the legal department and the company. Provides administrative support within legal department under limited supervision. Arrange and schedule business meetings and travel arrangements and itineraries; prepare and process expense reports. Provide back-up administrative support to Company Chairman. Manage sensitive and confidential information. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Answer phones, coordinate meetings, receive visitors, arrange conference calls, prepare correspondence, manage and maintain contract data base with all critical contracts of the organization, organize and maintain document files and similar clerical tasks. May also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff. Provide executive level management administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions.
