Resource Manager

The candidate will support the development of the resource management methodology, processes and procedures to successfully implement the resource management throughout the firm. Drive the implementation and roll out of the technology solution for resource and work allocation. Partner with key stakeholders across the firm and externally to ensure successful delivery and adoption. Proactive liaison with Practice Group Leaders, staff partners, practice group partners, directors and managers to understand client requirements and the wider needs of the business, to facilitate effective resourcing decisions. Proactive liaison and support for associates, and other fee earners, to facilitate the balancing of workloads and align to career aspirations and interests. In conjunction with the Resource Management Director, assess and plan future resource requirements based on projected workflows, impact of pipeline and levels of attrition, ensuring headcount and utilization levels are in line with budget.
