Aon is looking for an Account Manager (Account Specialist)As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our General Industries business group within Risk in Dallas, TXYour impact as an Account ManagerAs an Account Specialist in Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW), you are joining a service team that includes eleven (11) Account Specialists and eleven (11) Account Executives/Associate Account Executives. Bringing the best to Aon clients is only accomplished through a team effort. We are proud of the collaborative atmosphere we have been able to build in DFW when our colleagues are working together to serve clients.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssists the Account Executives in servicing the designated book of business as it relates to marketing, claims, administration and sales.Primary collaborate with Aon Client Services on client administration matters.Handles medium to complex accountsResponds to client requests and questions within ability/knowledge.Markets routine new and renewal placements according to company procedures.Works with Account Executive to capture information from client and determine which markets to submit to in order to prepare renewals and client information presentations/proposals.May complete Broker Level Reports. May assist Account Executives in developing Client Promise Plans.May be expected to nurture client relationships and assist in driving penetration sales.May assist the Broker or AE/Broker by developing underwriting relationships and may be encouraged to follow market trends, pricing practices and underwriting policies.Minimum skills and qualifications1-3 years of previous related insurance experience.P&C Insurance Licensing will be required (exam can be taken after being hired)Proven Excel and Access skillsMinimum educationHigh School diploma or equivalent when paired with relatable industry experience.How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
