Supply Chain Operator II
What does a great Supply Chain Operator II do?
A Supply Chain Operator II is responsible for the handling of Point of Sale equipment from time of receipt to prep for order fulfillment and refurbishment from the organization to the merchant. We maintain, manipulate, and adjust information received from the computer inventory tracking system. This is a high profile department that requires hard work and a positive outlook in a fast paced work environment. We are expected to meet internal production goals that include productivity, and quality with the support of a highly encouraging management team. The Associate must have the ability to work within a team as well as an individual contributor. We are a dynamic team and you can anticipate to be cross trained in different processes!

We receive call tags and new purchase orders to route to the appropriate department for order fulfillment. Responsible for meeting customer service level agreements (SLA’s) while maintaining the quality standards for audit review. Prepare inventory for transfer into proper storage based on item marker license plate. We are team focused by both daily quality and production goals all while maintaining the integrity of our inventory. As a team we often work together to assist other members that work in different areas within operations. We maintain a highly productive work environment that complies company workplace safety and work policies. Maintain a clean and organized area at all times that enforcing the 6S standards. Effectively communicate and connect with fellow team members and management key issues across all functions. We work in a constantly evolving environment with various work projects and other duties as to learn more about other areas within the business!
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
1 year experience warehouse/inventory receiving
1 year experience with basic computer systems (MicroSoft Suite: Email, Excel, Word)
1 year experience accessories (handheld scanners, printers)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be willing and able to work extra time based on business need
Ability to read and take direction in English
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation, bend, reach, twist, push, pull daily and stand/walk for up to 8-12 hours
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
Forklift experience (will train)
Oracle a plus
