In addition to\u00A0chartering, forming,\u00A0leading, and\u00A0managing\u00A0teams throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, they will own Programs\u00A0or\u00A0Projects\u00A0for the\u00A0PMO. The preferred candidate will be customer-obsessed, contribute to learning throughout the organization,\u00A0facilitate alignment, action, and decision\u00A0with a variety of people, processes, and tools. This individual sees opportunities in challenges, a path forward where it has never been tried before, and whose experience reflects a focus on project agility, creative project management, and mastery in communication.Position RequirementsEstablish and lead cross-functional, high-performance program teams through effective planning and execution of projects.\u00A0Responsible for all project management activities including\u00A0scoping,\u00A0scheduling, budgeting, resourcing, and reporting as necessary to deliver program results in an efficient manner.Drive development and execution of complex, integrated plans in alignment with strategic vision and operationalization. A clear understanding of the critical path.\u00A0Balance and deliver on multiple assigned program/project\u00A0objectives. Demonstrate ability to recognize priority tasks and balance multiple changing priorities.\u00A0Lead efficient, effective, and collaborative team meetings. Drive team member\u00A0ownership\u00A0and engagement\u00A0and\u00A0production of key meeting outputs\u00A0that drive meaningful action and decision.\u00A0Well-versed in risk management and able to develop and implement appropriate contingency and mitigation strategies.\u00A0The main point of contact for project information.
