Chief Compliance Officer

The candidate will perform duties include: Provide ongoing leadership, advice, consultation and guidance on all matters that pertain to compliance and risk management issues. Build and maintain positive relationships with managers, executive leadership and appropriate staff for the purposes of achieving and sustain compliance program goals and objectives. Work collaboratively with leadership and staff throughout the organization to provide training, education and promote awareness of and help resolve regulatory and other applicable standards. Work proactively to assess and prioritize risk and compliance issues and to identify, monitor and improve key processes and internal controls. Prepare and submit reports to the Health Services Administrator, Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors. Keep up-to-date on laws and standards governing health services compliance and risk management, and maintains professional credentials through continuing education. Participate as member of the firm Executive Leadership Team and the MHS Executive Leadership Team.
