Technology Campus Recruiting Coordinator
We are looking for a bright and dynamic Campus Recruiting Coordinator. This person will be responsible for supporting our Campus Recruiters throughout the campus recruiting process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Due to our continuous growth, this position is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get their foot in the door and is on their way to a recruiting career path.
What You Will Be Doing:
Work hand-in-hand with the recruiters to facilitate the campus hire recruiting process
Coordinate logistics for campus events (i.e. career fairs, networking receptions, on-campus interviews, etc.)
Plan and execute interview days; including scheduling student interviews, monitor interview sign-ups, greeting candidates and arranging catering
Collect and organize interview feedback
Assist with Technology Summer Internship Program
Monitor the Cvent Recruiting inbox & assist with email marketing
Act as a reliable point of contact for internal stakeholders and candidates
Use Cvent technology to ensure efficiency throughout recruiting process
Track metrics to determine effectiveness of recruiting efforts
Pull data and conduct market research
What You Need For This Position:
Bachelor’s degree required
0-1 years of experience preferred
Self-starter who understands executing with urgency, and the ability to comfortably work in an intensely deadline-oriented environment
Accuracy and attention to detail are essential requirements for this position
SaaS industry experience strongly preferred
Knowledgeable in internet recruiting techniques
Past experience with resume management/applicant tracking database systems such as HireBridge preferred
Resume sourcing and screening skills preferred
Passion for Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace
The ability to prioritize, manage time well, stay organized, quickly address needs and adjust focus as needed
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
