Develops new and enhances or maintains existing software components.
Deliver Salesforce solutions consisting of out of the box, AppExchange, and custom code to a user base of 4000 users.
Be able to multitask, commit to meeting targets with competing priorities and deadlines across multiple key stake holders.
Ensure problem-free deployments to production, without any interruptions to business processes
Lead incident and problem resolution activities to minimize impacts on availability and performance
Create a data-driven culture with high standards of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
Demonstrate experience in a highly customized Salesforce.com environment - administering and customizing Salesforce.com Platform essential; workflows, automation, visualforce, apex, and integration.
Ability to troubleshoot production incidents in complex, multi-application environments
Ability to leverage cloud environments, both Iaas, and PaaS as well as open source tools
Ability to establish a data-driven culture and a repeatable, structured and disciplined approach to the full systems lifecycle.
B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical field
Experience (supported by adequate certifications) in two or more of the following technologies sets:
Must have Salesforce.com / Salesforce.com Metadata API knowledge
3 years experience delivering CI/CD automation solutions in an agile software organization.
Experience in Quality Assurance and Continuous Integration (Git Hub, Jenkins) is highly desired.
