Risk Director
Duties: Design an effective risk management strategy from the ground up, including communication strategy, risk assessment, risk framework and building and effective risk management team. Work with all levels of management to educate around and support effective risk-based decision making, documentation and reporting. Engage with all levels of the company to assist the building out of an effective first line of defense culture with appropriate documentation, controls and measurement. Advise on appropriate process improvements to support an effective and efficient risk department. Preparation of Board and senior management communications relating to risk. Work closely with Chief Risk and Compliance Officer to enhance and scale risk management across **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. and in partnership with the parent company. Design and execute an effective monitoring, testing and reporting plan the company. Build strong professional relationships with the leadership in the business. Liaise with external advisors as required. Provide value-adding advice and expertise on risk management to all departments and stakeholders.
