A JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials is a prerequisite. Active MO Bar admission or the ability to obtain admission quickly is essential. As an integral member of the Employment Litigation team, your responsibilities will include representing employers in various legal arenas, including court proceedings, administrative agencies, mediation, and arbitration. You will tackle complex matters such as class/collective actions and cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract disputes, employment torts, and non-compete agreements. Additionally, you will provide expert advice and counsel to employers, guiding them through the intricate landscape of labor and employment laws and regulations.
