Job Summary
We are seeking entrepreneurial and creative Strategy leader to help build an in-house Strategy/Planning function for our advertising and communications team for our Xfinity products and services. The agency will be primarily based in New York City. This group will produce creative strategy for all channels including TV, digital, social, radio, in-store, print, retail, experience design, as well as extensive video production. As the Head of Strategy, you will be responsible for driving thought leadership and providing insight-driven recommendations with internal teams as well as build a team that delivers the same across all platforms.
Job Description
Most Days You:
Are building out a team that delivers quality work in a fast paced environment
Provide senior-level consulting, planning and leadership of projects
After briefing, identify the need and the objectives and provide strategic/creative recommendation
Advocate for consumer-driven and experience-driven POV in conversations with teams
Consistently work to transform and improve our customer, employee, and operational experiences
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary
Work with Comcast marketing insights and strategy teams to understand the business strategies that shape the strategic needs of the projects your teams work on

You Bring:
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
A background in strategy, preferably in a an agency or related industry
Comfortability working with multidisciplinary teams to lead the strategic direction of creative to ensure we are driving both business and consumer value
Proven ability to handle large-scale, complex systems projects
Must be able to translate insights into tasks and next steps for internal team
