The candidate will be drafting a broad range of estate planning documents including wills, trust agreements and related documents. Providing business succession strategies for clients. Advising individuals and families on trust structures and wealth transfer tax matters. Assisting in the administration of estates and trusts. Preparing and/or reviewing federal estate, gift and fiduciary income tax returns. Supporting the practice by performing general estate, trust and tax-related research and writing. Supporting the litigation practice in litigation matters relating to Wills, Trusts, and Estate and Trust Administration issues. Should have 2-6 years of trusts and estates experience. Experience drafting key legal documents for trusts and estates matters is required. Should be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and be in good standing.
