Kelly Services has an outstanding opportunity as a Global Travel Technology Consultant in Spring, TX. Responsibilities:
\tProvide consulting services in the development of an end-to-end technology roadmap, creating and implementing strategies to facilitate the integration of “back end” payment & expense management systems with “front end” corporate travel program strategies, technologies, and processes
\tProvide insight into best practices and make recommendations to optimize configuration and platform capabilities
\tIdentify opportunities for adopting new technologies to solve existing needs and predicting future challenges
\tAnalyze the travel industry and market to understand characteristics and identify roadblocks
\tResponsible for collecting regular feedback from stakeholders to inform the product roadmap
\tEnsure technology features and functional offering match the business needs
\tInterpret the roadmap vision into tactical activities
\tCollaborate closely with the project team to align system design decisions to drive technical product goals
\tPartner with project team to identify and manage platform and tool dependencies
\tAssist in prioritization/phasing of project deliverables
\tResponsible for aligning the roll-out strategy with the operational teams, program administration, support and management reporting
\tDevelop and manage communication plans supporting the project; including, but not limited to, status reporting, management of issues and risks
\tCommunicate program status, metrics, and goals regularly and clearly with stakeholders

\tBachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience
\t5 – 10 years Travel Operations / Travel Consulting experience desired.
\tStrong understanding of the Global Business Travel marketplace, including working knowledge of business travel service delivery technology/tools and processes
\tHigh degree of competency with project management including: project planning, issue and risk identification and management, tracking dependencies and milestones, and communication of overall project status
\tProven ability to work cross functionally in a global, multicultural environment to drive the implementation of new features as well as resolve operational issues
\tStrong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills, combined with a high level of initiative and ability to thrive in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment
\tFlexible, able to meet changing requirements and priorities
\tExcellent oral and written communication skills (including process flowcharting, formal business solutions documents, executive presentations)
\tDetail-oriented, yet able to simplify complex concepts into layman’s terms for greater understanding
\tCreative problem solver - able to challenge and propose solutions which challenge the status quo
\tStrong customer service focus
