Responsibilities: Support global sales teams in the negotiation and drafting of software licenses, reseller agreements, SaaS agreements, online terms and conditions and other commercial contracts. Provide additional support to the business as required, including advice related to employment, real estate, regulatory, insurance, and other legal and business matters. Improvement of contract templates and internal policies to assist company’s rapid growth. Assist business development, sales and marketing teams in driving the business forward, including scoping, drafting and negotiation of partnership agreements and strategic investments.
