Candidate will be responsible for performing billing (creating invoices) and invoicing (submitting invoices to clients) for a creditors right law firm in the mortgage default industry. Must have: High school diploma or GED required; associateТs degree and/or bachelorТs degree strongly preferred. 1+ year of business experience in a professional work setting preferred. 1+ year of legal billing/invoicing experience. Professional conduct with a positive attitude and superior work ethic. Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, and listening skills. Proficient using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Proficient with legal case management systems; preferred knowledge in CaseAware. Proficient with legal industry systems including BlackKnight LPS IM, iClear, Serengeti, Tempo, TyMetrix. Proficient with financial systems (e.g. QuickBooks). Comfortable and highly efficient using computers. Excellent analytical and organization skills. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. Ability to effectively adapt to changing business conditions and maintain outstanding morale. Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and take initiative to complete responsibilities. Ability to efficiently work in high volume business environment while maintaining outstanding quality of work. Ability to work well in a team or an individual business setting.
