The candidate will involve all phases of a busy commercial and employment practice. Types of matters may include business counseling, business strategy and consulting, discrimination, wage and hour, employment counseling, and general commercial litigation matters. Additionally, responsibilities may include reviewing and drafting corporate documents including LLCs, buy-sell agreements, operating agreements, entity formations, partnership agreements, promissory notes, and employee stock plans. Should have 5+ years of litigation experience. MD bar is required. An existing book of business and/or referral partners is a plus.
