Location:

Duties:

• Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters
• Conduct legal research and draft memos, briefs, and other legal documents
• Manage discovery processes, including depositions and document review
• Collaborate with senior attorneys in preparing for trials and hearings
• Represent clients in state and federal courts
• Work closely with clients to develop legal strategies and meet case goals

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm environment
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and client-relations skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Outstanding academic credentials

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio
