A law firm in Fort Wayne, IN, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of transactional experience in energy, renewable, transportation, and social infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating various contracts and project finance documents while demonstrating excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials.

Duties:

• Draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including EPC contracts, P3 agreements, CMAR agreements, subcontractor agreements, and supply agreements, among others.
• Provide legal counsel and support for energy, renewable, transportation, and social infrastructure projects.
• Conduct legal research, analyze complex issues, and provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Manage and oversee project-related legal matters, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys, partners, and clients to develop legal strategies and solutions.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the State Bar and eligibility to practice law in Indiana.
• 4-6 years of transactional experience in the specified fields, with a proven track record in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Strong academic credentials, including a solid law school GPA and relevant coursework.
• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to draft and edit legal documents with precision.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex legal issues.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.

Certifications:
