Senior Client Consulting Manager

The candidate will drive the design and generation of tracking reports on projects performance on an efficient and proper visualization. Train /evangelize Consultants and BDs across the region and help them present to potential clients this new use cases while also helping them with the deployment at early stages to achieve adoption within the regions. Implement new use cases by generating the documentation, training and knowledge transfer to all the LAC region. Optimize and expand Managed Services processes and capabilities to help VCA accelerate revenue generation allowing VMS to significantly improve operational efficiencies by having better execution processes while expanding the portfolio of use cases. Reduce the dependency and cost generated by using third parties. Maintenance and improvement impacting the 5 regions allowing the development and automatization of use cases. Support immediately as a temporary backfill for any region that has a shortage of resources and immediate client needs. Help with the implementation and diversification of the VMS portfolio by supporting the generation and implementation of new use cases from the blueprints and documentation to be an SME for any region that wants to implement them. Help standardize the best practices of every region and close the gap of knowledge that could arise in any given region. Identify areas of opportunity in the principal use cases to develop key tools and processes. Facilitate the go to market strategy. Guarantee roles and responsibilities and the correct governance of the project. Implementation process and requirements – detailed materials on how to operate a project along with the necessary tools to guarantee quality and knowledge transfer. Develop and monitor key performance metrics to measure the health of the pipeline, enable early identification of trends affecting the business and promote best practices across the region. Develop and distribute detailed pipeline analytics. Ensure maintenance and relevance of the reporting dataset. Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers. Support leaders with the development of reports and dashboards. Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as business administration, economics, finance, computer science, engineering is required. Master’s Degree in related fields is a plus. Should have 5+ years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2+ years of work experience with a Ph.D. is required. Should have 8+ years of relevant work experience. Should preferably have 10+ years of relevant experience in financial services industry, payments, consulting or similar. Should preferably have 5+ years of relevant experience in reporting positions. Proven experience working with financial indicators to measure business performance is needed. Experience in languages like Python, Spark, Java, SQL is a plus. Knowledge in data driven visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred. Spanish skills are required. Portuguese skills are preferred.
