Responsibilities

The Value-Based Programs Professional 2 understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Manages case log to resolve service issues for provider access or issues with a population health management platform that assists providers in managing their patient panel. Build templates, standard documentation, policy and protocol, case studies, and disseminating best in class knowledge.

Required Qualifications

3 yrs customer support experience

1 year production support experience on a technical system

1 year Salesforce experience

Organizational skills, good interpersonal and team skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems

Passion for improving the customer experience
