Litigation Paralegal

The candidate functions: Communicating and corresponding with clients, providers and others in the legal community; Maintaining client files’; Calculate and manage deadlines; Review , analyze and summarize case files; Review, draft and file legal documents such as discovery responses, motions and other pleadings for attorneys; Assisting attorneys with preparation of cases for trial; Attending trial with attorneys and assisting throughout trial; Other duties as assigned. High School Diploma and/or GED Required. Completion of an Accredited Paralegal program and/or certificate preferred. Must have Associate’s Degree or comparable work experience. Should have 2 years experience as a litigation paralegal (experience with personal injury/medical malpractice). Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Experience with Needles Case Management software is a plus. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
