Patent Prosecution Coordinator

The candidate will will communicate with and gather information from and for inventors, attorneys, licensees and the U.S. Patent Office to ensure accuracy, review communications, be responsible for meeting deadlines, prepare reports relating to patent and/or disclosure activity, and review and verify attorney bills for accuracy of activity and assessment fees. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, and have experience using database, word processing and spreadsheet applications. Must have Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience; OR a Master's degree; OR a combination of education and/or related experience totaling 6 years unless otherwise specified under supplemental required education and experience. Experience creating reports preferred. Experience with docketing systems desired. Experience working with word processing, spreadsheets, internet searches, databases and electronic mail preferred. Paralegal experience and/or training a plus.
