Assistant General Counsel, Patents
The candidate will be improving and evangelizing the patent program to internal customers, invention identification and harvesting, close collaboration with outside counsel on drafting and prosecuting patents, and bringing a data-driven approach to organizing and visualizing the portfolio. There are also opportunities for patent licensing and acquisition work, as well as supporting IP aspects of M&A, litigation, commercial licensing, employment, ethics, and open source activities.
