Mid-level Real Estate (Private Investment Funds) Associate

The candidate must have 3-5 years of experience to join the Private Investment Funds practice and Real Estate Industry group. Must have experience both working in teams and managing substantial components of fund formation transactions with private investment funds in the real estate, private equity, debt, and/or venture capital industries. Should be experienced with private placements under the 33 Act, unregistered funds under the Investment Company Act and have exposure to the Investment Advisers Act. Should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) in DC is required.
