e-Discovery Project Counsel (Staff Attorney)
The candidate will be a member of the firm’s Disputes Technology & Services practice group and will have responsibility for advising litigation teams and clients regarding all aspects eDiscovery covered by the Electronic Discovery Reference Model, and managing document review projects, including but not limited to providing direction, instructions, and guidance to document review teams and ensuring the quality of the review; will have in-depth familiarity and experience: managing teams conducting large-scale document reviews; with Relativity and other litigation review platforms; setting up reviews, running searches and running reports within Relativity; performing administrative responsibilities relating to large-scale reviews; performing first and second-level document review; identifying confidential and privileged information, and preparing privilege logs. Should have 7 years of experience. Experience with responding to DOJ and FTC Second Requests is preferred but not required. Should also exhibit effective interpersonal and communication skills.
