Duties:

• Provide legal counsel on private equity transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions.
• Support daily operations involving private equity portfolio companies.
• Collaborate with legal teams and clients on national and international levels.
• Mentor and collaborate with other lawyers within the firm.
• Maintain flexible hours to accommodate client and firm needs across multiple time zones.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of private equity experience, with a focus on corporate transactions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong academic credentials and a commitment to providing high-quality client service.
• Excellent communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar.
