Summary: This position is administrative support and a central liaison for the MRO Department and will play a critical role in the day to day operations of the overall department. Responsibilities: Researching and quoting parts for the Maintenance, Refrigeration and Engineering groups. Acquiring RGA’s from Vendors for return parts. Manage new stock and spare part requests. Managing crib stock levels by researching slow moving inventory and obsolete/no longer used parts. Policing the crib area as well as the crib out buildings. Have the ability to write purchase orders and manage auto reorder. Coordinate crib inventory repairs with outside vendors and track the process to completion. Compliance with HACCP SQF SOX USDA FSQA and Safety are integral to this position. Responsible to understand and comply with all appropriate company policies procedures and work rules. Flexibility to work as a team to cover vacations and all other tasks as assigned.
Requirements: Education: Associates Degree or Equivalent from a 2 Year College Technical School Preferred. In lieu of a degree Education and Experience will be factored. Special Skills: Team Oriented. Excellent Organizational Skills. Strong Math Proficiency. Computer Skills: Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office SAP PKMS preferred. Flexibility: Must be willing to work Overtime and off shifts if necessary.
