Prepare pleadings for attorney review. File/e-file documents with the court. Must have High School Diploma. An associate's Degree or Paralegal Certification is preferred. Knowledge of basic civil litigation is preferred. Knowledge of the Georgia garnishment process is preferred. Knowledge of FDCPA laws is preferred.
