Portfolio Process Lead - Remote

Description
The Process Lead, Portfolio Management collaborates with the business portfolio team to align the IT portfolio and demand. The Lead works on process and change problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from critical to no compromise.
Responsibilities
The Process Lead, Portfolio Management organizes and prioritizes projects and programs based on IT strategy, strategic roadmap, available and prioritized budgets, changes schedules and ensures that the appropriate financial and organizational support is being allocated in support of those goals. Projects will involve complex issues regarding change management and process improvement. The Leader will define and develop the process, and governance framework for the Infrastructure Operations organization. The Portfolio Process Lead will partner with leaders across the segment teams and leaders to establish visibility of changes to infrastructure, refine the change review process, change windows, change impact analysis, and post implementation review. This individual will develop a learnings and best practices repository and advise executives to develop functional strategies (Infrastructure, Operations segment specific) on matters of significance. This will include exercising independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, working under minimal supervision, and using independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
8 or more years of technical experience in an IT Infrastructure organization
2 or more years of project leadership experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders
Expert level experience with goal setting, accountability tracking, process definition and time line based delivery
Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Proven track record of identifying and growing talent in complex process and change areas.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or other Advanced Degree
Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
Six Sigma certification
PMP certification
SAFe / Agile certification
Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams
