The candidate will be drafting and filing complaints in Circuit and District Courts. Drafting discovery requests and responses. Scheduling depositions and independent medical examinations. Providing excellent litigation support to attorneys. E-filing using MDEC. Coordinating service of process with process servers. Issuing subpoenas. Completing intake questionnaires for new clients, both in-person and on the phone. Assisting with telephone calls. Providing high level of customer service to clients. Assisting with other office duties. Experience with Plaintiff's personal injury litigation in district and circuit courts is preferred.
