Duties

Requirements

• Active South Carolina law license in good standing.
• Strong organizational and case management skills.
• Familiarity with courtroom and civil procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using technology.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism.
• Collection or litigation experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active South Carolina law license.
