International Tax Consulting Senior Manager

The candidate will communicate the effects of international tax provisions effecting the corporate, partnership, and individual clients. Respond to inquiries from taxing authorities. Coordinate international tax services with the Praxity member firms. Support the Transaction Services group on cross-border transactions. Lead key practice development efforts, providing thought leadership and meeting target sales goals by having an established network and participating in various market facing activities, such as industry presentations, webcasts, professional networking events, etc.. Lead key business development, project delivery and practice development activities. Bachelor's degree required, with a concentration in Accounting or related field preferred; Master’s in Tax is preferred. Should have 7+ years of related experience. Experience supervising and training junior staff is required. Previous experience handling multiple engagements simultaneously, while providing leadership and management over professional staff is required. Experience in serving mid-market clients is required. Previous experience within a public accounting, law firm or equivalent is preferred. Experience with corporate, S-corporation, and partnership taxation is preferred. Experience with ASC 740, financial and tax modeling and fiscal audit management is preferred. CPA, Bar membership or equivalent credential is required.
