Intellectual Property Associate
The candidate must have previous experience on Trademark and copyright prosecution, counseling and enforcement matters including prosecuting, maintaining and enforcing trademark and copyright applications and registrations, counseling on brand management and copyright protection matters, assisting with resolution of ownership rights and disputes including TTAB proceedings and litigation related to same, advising on the establishment of trade secret programs, and counseling clients on packaging, labeling, promotional and advertising matters. Should have: superior academic credentials; excellent writing and analytical skills; hard-working and a self-starter with excellent attention to detail; and 3 - 4 years of law firm experience. Admission to the bar in the state of residence is required.
