The candidate should preferably have class standing in Top 25%. Should have a science or engineering undergraduate degree and an interest in intellectual property law. Must have 1+ year of post-Bar work experience at a law firm, federal appellate court, or the equivalent. Law Review/Journal experience is desired.

Clerkship Term: September 6, 2022 to September 1, 2023.
