The candidate should have Active District of Columbia licensure, or the ability to waive in, is required. 3-5 years of bankruptcy/creditors' rights experience or relevant experience is preferred. Superior academic performance and excellent research, writing and analytical skills are required. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Must have a strong and sincere interest in bankruptcy practice and possess the ability to handle sophisticated bankruptcy and creditors' rights work at a national level.
