Profile

Seeking Healthcare Transactional/Regulatory, Junior-Mid-Level Associate with 2-5 years of experience. The candidate should have a strong healthcare regulatory background with experience in Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, commercial payor reimbursement and managed care, and a working knowledge/background in ERISA litigation. Should have demonstrated interest and experience in practicing health law and should possess strong self-starter credentials with good writing, communication and client relations skills. A strong preference for licensed in jurisdictions or eligible for waivers.
