Personal Care Attendant

The candidate will maintain a safe and healthy living environment for the clients and working cooperatively with other team members to ensure all health needs are met promptly. Assist with health and hygiene needs including dental, hair, and make-up. Assist with medication management and logs. Assist with wound care as needed. Ensure exercise regimen is adhered to as scheduled (PT/OT or walking with the walker 3X daily). Must keep daily logs and interact with specific individuals about health and wellness needs of the clients. Communicate and interact effectively with various in-house team members. Document observations on any new or changing health conditions and respond promptly to medical needs and treatments. Duties may include some light meal preparation. Schedule may include some night shifts. Personal care attendant experience is required. Current CPR certification is required.
