Location:

Duties:

• Assist trial attorneys in the preparation of personal injury cases, including drafting discovery requests and responses.
• Prepare legal pleadings, motions, and responses to motions for use in case proceedings.
• Conduct research for depositions and provide support for trial preparations.
• Develop strategies for case handling, focusing on plaintiff personal injury litigation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive case management.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing.
• 0-3 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Strong legal writing skills.
• Experience working on cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and a good driving record.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Texas Bar license.

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal research and drafting of legal documents.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with attention to detail.
