Store Senior Product Marketing Manager, Trust & Safety
The candidate will oversee the policies, practices, and solutions that address customer and developer trust and safety on the App Store. Build the vision for moderation and safety, anti-fraud and anti-abuse efforts, and identity on the App Store with cross-functional partners in engineering, legal, business, fraud, product design, and customer support. Core responsibilities include defining new opportunities and features, and success criteria, launching and marketing new features, and optimizing them over time. Identify robust, scalable solutions to challenges that arise throughout the product lifecycle. 5-7 years of experience successfully leading the development of products and policies, managing operations or internal tools for content moderation, abuse and fraud detection. Ability to operate seamlessly between highly detailed and technical situations as well as strategic business situations are required. Exceptional interpersonal skills; thrives in highly cross-functional projects, effective at building consensus, handles high stakes decisions and discussions with ease, and ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity are required. Strong analytical skills, ability to identify key opportunities and measure impact; proven track record of working with machine learning teams to define and assess performance metrics are required. Extraordinary oral and written communication skills; ability to become fluent in technical concepts and explain to executives and non-technical partners are required.
