Modern AI/ML techniques allow us to automatically process these voice communications to derive additional business value. Usage examples include real-time sales and/or support assistance to improve the client experience. We are currently recruiting an architect engineer/that will help us design, engineer and deploy our ML voice solution. The candidate will be an expert in the entire enterprise telephony stack – from interacting with the carrier service vendors up to the application level hosting our ML models.','!*!- 10 years of experience in computer telephony or computer telephone integration (CTI)- 5 years of experience engineering application level products for cloud deployment- Proficient in Python and Kubernetes (AWS experience a plus)- Expertise in carrier services, session services and border controller technology- Up to date knowledge of the application level vendor space, including on-premise and public could options- Experience in telephony related ML models- Proven negotiating and influencing skills, with experience delivering large scale projects with many dependenciesOur Corporate & Investment Bank relies on innovators like you to build and maintain the technology that helps us safely service the world’s important corporations, governments and institutions.
