Real Estate Lease Processor
The candidate will draft commercial real estate amendments and leases. Will abstract leases and amendments. Review lease and amendment drafts for accuracy and completeness, and communicate findings to negotiator as it relates to property operations. Interact with landlord’s legal counsel and production personnel regarding deal point terms. Interact with client representatives and counsel for approval of amendments and leases drafted. Maintain legal files and ensure final documents are delivered to clients. Independently review and interpret legal and other documents in the context of commercial real estate. Identify legal and business issues and make recommendations regarding resolution. Ensure compliance with all client requirements, guidelines, and procedures. Other duties as assigned.
