Description: Lockheed Martin is seeking a General Maintenance Worker for a position in Fayetteville, NC. Responsibilities of the position include:
Escort approved visitors throughout the facility
Perform general maintenance of buildings and equipment requiring practical skill and knowledge in such tasks as carpentry, painting, lawn maintenance, masonry, electrical, or plumbing activities
Operate gardening and grounds care equipment as required
Perform operator maintenance on all equipment used in execution of duties and report higher echelon maintenance requirements to appropriate personnel
Assist with equipment turn-in and hand receipt maintenance, as required
Work flexible hours as required by the customer to include weekends and holidays
Work overtime as required

Basic Qualifications:
Experience performing general maintenance of building and equipment.
Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions up to 75% of the workday.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs and climb ladders potentially as high as a two story building.
Be available to work flexible hours as required by the customer to include weekends and holidays.
Be available to work overtime as required.
Ability to obtain a secret security clearance, and must have an interim secret clearance prior to start so therefore all candidates must be a US Citizen.
