Description
Your Home Advantage (YHA) is a Humana-owned Healthcare Management Company dedicated to improving clinical and quality outcomes by bridging the gap between the physician's office and the member's home. YHA provides prospective home visits conducted by licensed and trained clinical practitioners who perform In-Home Wellness Assessments (IHWA). The IHWA was established to identify and assess Humana Medicare Advantage members who are at risk of excessive utilization of future health related services and to supplement Humana's Health Assessment Program.
The Business Support Coordinator will support Your Home Advantage (YHA) and follows established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective clerical support to an office, business unit, department, or other organization group. The Business Support Coordinator 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments.
Responsibilities
The Business Support Coordinator will mainly work to onboard new clinician candidates following an onboarding process, but will also assist as needed in the following areas: compliance, billing/payments, etc.
Required Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to balance multiple initiatives and prioritize workload
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Must have a separate room with a locked door that can be used as a home-office to ensure you and your members have absolute and continuous privacy while you work.
Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite internet service is NOT allowed for this role); and recommended speed for optimal performance from Humana systems is 10M x 1M
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
Credentialing or HR onboarding experience preferred
Healthcare experience
Experience using Adobe Sign a plus
Additional Information
Location: work at home and in office position - must be able to commute to the Deerfield Beach, FL office.
Must be able to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 8am and 6pm EST Monday-Friday
