The candidate will work in a collaborative environment with partners and senior attorneys on business and real estate matters. Will be forming and maintaining business entities and advising and strategizing with clients on potential opportunities. Advising clients regarding corporate governance, tax, and business succession planning. Representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, financings, and real estate transactions. Drafting and negotiating various agreements. Prior knowledge and experience in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, lending and financing, tax, or succession planning is preferred. Must be a member in good standing of the California Bar.
