Senior Litigation Attorney (FT)

The candidate' must have (5+ years) experience as a senior litigation attorney; Duties: This position will handle all aspects of a case file, including pleadings, motions, depositions, hearings, trials, site inspections, client communications, and summary reports. Should have a minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience. Portable business is not required but a significant plus. Maritime academy graduate or commercial sailing experience is a plus. Excellent advocacy skills the ability to manage all aspects of litigation, including onsite investigations, extensive federal litigation experience, superior brief writing, and first chair trial experience. Admitted in New York State and the ability to become admitted in New Jersey is required. Ability to travel domestically and abroad.
